We are open for business and you can ski and ride this season!!! This is a fully functional and operating ski/snowboard resort. The current owners simply wish to focus their resources on their core businesses. We are the oldest continuously operating ski area in New York State. The area is in excellent working order, with many improvements recently completed or in process; this area has not been abused or neglected. The resort is in a New York State Empire Development Zone which is an enormous asset that has yet to be used to its full potential. In addition to the state, and county have a vested interest in this area as the ski center is the largest sales tax payer in the county. This sale includes everything: land, buildings, office and restaurant furniture, fixtures, and equipment, snow making/grooming equipment, lifts, vehicles …get the idea???
