CONDITION; Shelving lot is generally in good shape though some distress is present on some single rivet load rails  due to employees using the shelving instead of a ladder to reach upper shelves. Does not affect the shelfs capacity capabilities but could be replaced at low cost by the buyer if deemed necessary. Shelving lot is comprised of the following: UPRIGHTS 10 FEET TALL Single  71 Double  62 Shelving decks- Combination of 2x4 and 2x3 with about 189 total 1x36 total of about 56 Smaller number of 1x48 I'll update the exact number of decks soon.
